Brindle is a rare color for horses, although it occurs frequently in cattle and dogs. These pictures of a white brindle horse are of a 2002 Dutch Warmblood mare by Celano, imported from the Netherlands in May 2008. Her pattern is strictly on her left side, even throughout her mane and tail. She seems to have a seam along her backbone the brindle markings don’t cross. However, she has a few funny little circles on the right side on her head and neck.
